It's incredibly easy to make your own bear from scratch and it's a great way to create that perfect, personal gift for someone. Today, I'll be showing you just how to build a bear online, using our very own Biggles the Pilot as an example!

The first step is to choose your teddy bear or furry friend from our wide range. With Biggles, he's made from an adorable leopard. You can also choose how firmly you would like your bear or furry friend to be stuffed, as well as picking the colour of the wish star that we will pop inside him.

 

Next, you can pick your outfit. As you might have guessed, Biggles is dressed up in our Pilot Outfit. It even comes with pilot's goggles, a scarf and a hat! If you don't fancy any of our ready-made outfits, or want your bear to have a more casual look, you can put together an outfit from our selection of dresses, skirts, t-shirts and shorts.


Once you have an outfit, we then move on to shoes and accessories. We chose a pair of brown tennis shoes as they match his pilot's outfit perfectly. As well as shoes we also have a great choice of hats as well as extra items like sunglasses and a backpack.



Now that you have your bear all dressed up, you can add a sound box as a lovely finishing touch. As all of our bears are sealed with Velcro at the back, it's simply a case of popping the box into the bear. Then, whenever he's squeezed, your bear will make that sound. As well as a variety of animal noises, you can also choose from songs, phrases and even the option to record your own.
