Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days of us receiving your order. Please note working days are defined as Monday to Friday and excludes all public holidays.
Deliveries are despatched by Royal Mail, 1st Class Recorded Post within the UK. Unfortunately we are unable to instruct Royal Mail to leave parcels with neighbours or in certain locations as your order requires a signature.
All overseas orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded service relevant to the destination.
Delivery cost to the UK is £2.95 for orders that DO NOT include bears or furry animals.
Orders that include Bears or furry animals the registered postage cost within the UK is £4.95.
For mainland Europe the delivery cost is £8.95 per order, and any other location ('Rest of World') is £10.95 per order.
Delivery Disclaimer
All orders shipped via Royal Mail will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of all orders. Where orders are traceable (currently United Kingdom ONLY) under the Royal Mail Track and trace scheme, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.
ALL RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE EXCEPT WHERE YOUR PURCHASE IS DEEMED FAULTY.
Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of receipt by us. We recommend that you return your purchase to us using Royal Mail Recorded or special delivery services. Faulty items returned to us will have the postage refunded in full. |
