1.1 We reserve the right to change these items and conditions at any time. It is your responsibilty to read the terms and conditions on each occassion you use this website.
1.2 Certain website services will require registration and subsequent access to those services are subject to an approved login name and password. Information provided on this website must be accurate and complete. All information obtained will be treated as strictly confidential at all times and will only be used by The Bear Works.
2. Order Process
2.1 Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days of us receiving your order. Please note working days are defined as Monday tyo Friday and excludes all public holidays. For full order process details please see our Shipping information page.
3. Payment
3.1 We will not take payment from your credit or debit card until the items are ready to despatch.
3.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on the website next to each item.
3.3 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you once full payment has being received.
3.4 All prices shown include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% but exclude delivery charges.
4. Back Orders
4.1 We endeavour to have all advertised products in stock. Occasionally this does not happen. If this is the case we will either email or telephone you with expected arrival dates or offer an alternative item.
5. Your Right To Cancel
5.1 In accordance with EU Distance Selling Directives, you have the right to cancel your order with us prior to despatch or within seven working days of receipt. To cancel your order please telephone The Bear Works Direct on 01209 219065 and follow up with an email to: info@thebearworks.co.uk.
6. Guarantee
6.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so all our products come with a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

7. Privacy Policy
7.1 The Bear Works will not disclose your information to any third parties. The Bear Works may from time to time contact you about future offers but you can ask to be removed from our lists at anytime.

8.1 We recommend that Bears and Furry friends are ONLY suitable for children of 3 years and above.
